Coming in at the #10 is the perfect metal polish by Zephyr. While some of our polishes are specifically for chrome, this one can be utilized to polish and clean up all variety of metals including: aluminum, brass, stainless steel, magnesium, silver, copper and chrome as well.

It claims to be a maintenance polish, so if you’re looking to remove corrosion and rust, you may try another cleaner. This polish does a great job at its intended purpose though, making your chrome shine. It may require a little effort but the results will be worth the work.

9. Nevr-Dull Wadding Metal Polish

Coming in ninth, the Never-Dull Wadding Polish is excellent at restoring and protecting your metal surfaces.

This mildly abrasive polish can be used to take off tar, corrosion and rust quickly and without damaging the surface. Providing a superior shine to your steel, chrome wheels, trim, and metal tools is no problem for this polish.

1. Meguiar’s Wheel Brightener

First on our list for chrome and metal polishes comes the Wheel Brightener by Meguiar’s. You’ll get plenty of use out of this product as it is a concentrate that can be diluted at a 4:1 ratio and will still be plenty effective. This will easily and quickly remove any brake dust buildup that your wheels have accumulated. It’s incredibly effective and won’t require much scrubbing at all.

This should only be used on factory-painted, clear-coated and chrome wheels. If you have anodized, aftermarket, or polished aluminum wheels, this product is not recommended. If you have a buildup of tar, grime, or dirt, this should take care of it easily. While it does have a very specific use, this topped our list because of how effective it truly is.
